Guided Tours
Wine Tour and Tasting
Come and enjoy a relaxed two-hour guided tour at the 1276 vineyard and winery. We will start with a welcome drink, then take a stroll through the vineyard, chatting about the land, the grapes we grow, and what makes our vineyard so special.
We will head into the winery for a behind-the-scenes look at how our still and sparkling wines are made. Then it’s time to settle into our indoor tasting room, rain or shine, for a laid-back tasting of our signature 1276 wines, paired with delicious local cheeses.
It’s the perfect way to experience British wine, from vine to glass
The terrain in the vineyard can be uneven, and with stairs leading to the tasting room, comfortable footwear is recommended!
While well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome in the vineyard, they won’t be able to join us in the winery or tasting room.

Self Guided Tours
Time On The Vine
During our self-guided tour, you can take your time exploring our vineyard. We will provide the information required for you to follow a designated route and discover all about our rich history, dating back to 1276, the cultivation of our grapes and the varieties we grow.
Once you've completed the walk, you're welcome to relax on one of our vineyard benches near the winery, where we’ll serve a flight of three different 1276 wines, select one as a glass of your choice to enjoy.
This tour is available six days a week. We recommend arriving before 14:30 so you have plenty of time to enjoy the tour and tasting without feeling rushed.
Spaces are limited each day, so it’s best to book ahead.
May we ask politely that you don’t bring along food and drink? You will be able to buy an extra bottle or two of 1276 wines if you like. Confirmation for this tour will land in your inbox.
Just a few points to consider, as we're a working farm, there might be days when we scale back tours for safety, but we’ll always do our best to make your visit great. Also, dogs are more than welcome as long as they are well-behaved and stay on a lead. If they do 'their business', we just ask that you clean it up.

Who We ArE
1276 is English wine with a remarkable history. The Bishop of Hereford recorded in his Red Book the planting of vines on the south-facing slopes of Ledbury. These early ecclesiastical vines marked the beginning of a long and enduring connection between this land and exceptional wine.
Today, we create memorable experiences that combine outstanding wines, beautiful surroundings, and seamless hospitality.
